Dave Collins ministered 30 years through Young Life in Austin, Northwest Houston and Costa Rica. Dave then accepted his role as Director of Discipleship with The Gathering. Dave's expertise in developing and equipping leaders will be put to great use in the small group ministry as well as the Flippen Profile assessment work.
