Senior High Summer Mission Project

2008 Summer Mission Trip ~ Morelos, Mexico

This summer our Senior High students will be going on a mission trip to Morelos, Mexico. In the past summers our youth group has traveled to Acuña, Mexico, but this year Project Serve has asked them to travel a bit further into the country to a sight that has never been reached out to before. Although it's a new and unfamiliar setting, our students are not unaccustomed to the physical labor, personal relationships formed, or spiritual molding that can occur on this trip.

We are anxious to see what God has in store for our students this year. The students will be traveling July 26- August 2, 2008. They will be spending a week working with Rainbow Ministries at their children's home, as well as doing property development and basic maintenance projects.

Please be in prayer for our students and leaders as they embark on this mission trip. We pray that lives will be touched and that the people they come into contact with will see God's love and hear the truth...that our students will shine for the Lord and that He will reveal Himself to these people through our students.
